Facing rental challenges, discrimination, or eviction fears? Our tenant support services at Uniting Vic.Tas Epping can help you understand your rights and options. From preventing discrimination to handling lease issues, we stand up for you. We also are here to help support cases with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) if required.

At our McDonalds Road, Epping location, we offer support for those experiencing family violence – helping achieve better stability and safety for those involved.

Families @ Home

Families @ Home is for families living in City of Whittlesea who are at risk of homelessness due to family violence.

Place for Change

We provide support to men who use violence who are ready and motivated to help change their behaviours and attitudes. This includes case management, active engagement with family violence and other services, and accommodation support.

If you’re experiencing financial challenges, you can access our free financial counselling services at Uniting Vic.Tas Epping. Our dedicated financial counsellors work closely with you, carrying out independent assessments of your financial situation and strategies for effective management. Covering income sources, expenditures, assets, and debts, our counsellors guide you through prioritising and managing your financial commitments. 

Through our partnership with Good Shepherd Microfinance, we offer interest-free loans to eligible individuals and families of the City of Whittlesea, enabling you to acquire essential items and services without the burden of interest charges.

Eligible candidates can access funds ranging from $200 to $2,000, free of interest during the loan term.

Our Epping parenting and skill development program at Uniting Vic.Tas helps parents foster skills and grow their confidence to help better navigate parenthood.

We can help support parents through One-on-one parenting support, catering to various challenges, from isolation and mental health issues to past trauma, financial difficulties, family violence, support for families with disabilities and more.

We provide community youth support services in Epping that help young people experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage and crisis. Our youth support services include youth homelessness support and school-focused youth programs.

In our youth mentoring services, we support young individuals aged 12-17 navigating challenges by connecting them with caring community mentors. With a focus on building social and emotional well-being, enhancing social skills, and making positive choices, our program offers a supportive space. Referrals can be made by case workers, educators, or health service staff. Mentors spend the initial months with regular meetings, gradually transitioning to fortnightly visits.
