Feedback, complaints and compliments
External Advocacy and complaints services

A helping hand when you have your say.

If you want to, you can ask a family member, friend or an independent advocacy/complaint service to help provide feedback or make a complaint.

Independent advocacy and complaints services.

Independent advocacy services play an important role in ensuring your rights are respected and safeguarded. They are there to support you when you want to raise an issue with us. They’ll be with you every step of the way, holding us to account and making sure that your concerns are taken seriously.

There are a range of advocacy and complaints services. The one most appropriate for you will depend on the service(s) you access.
