Our one-on-one support programs include:
Integrated Family Services
Integrated Family Services (IFS) provides family support inside the home, through family therapy and counselling. IFS supports vulnerable children and young people aged 0 to 17 years old, including unborn children and their families, who are: At greater risk due to cumulative harm, abuse and neglect within the family. Looking for early prevention help to resolve family issues inside the home.
Rural Outreach Support
The Rural Outreach Support program provides case-managed support to families. It has a strong focus on creating referrals and partnerships with local resources and services in isolated areas.
Stronger Families
Stronger Families works together with families to prevent children from being removed from the home and supports them after children have returned home after a period of out-of-home care.
Brighton and South Midlands Family Support

We offer short-term, targeted family support to families in Brighton and the Southern Midlands in Tasmania, who have children under 12 years old.

We provide:

  • Assistance to families where children and young people have been removed/placed into temporary out-of-home care.
  • Dedicated support case management, including advocacy, informational resources and referral services.
  • Behavioural and wellbeing support for children and young people, through evidence-based group programs within the school and community.
Early Parenting Support

Early Parenting Support assists expecting mothers and parents of young children by providing information and referrals to other support services. We provide support for:

  • preparing for multiple births
  • mental health issues
  • isolation
  • past trauma
  • relationship difficulties
  • financial difficulties 
  • family violence.
