At our Tasman Highway service in Waverley we offer parenting programs to help families thrive.
We empower parents and guardians to provide safe and nurturing environments and strengthen their relationships by supporting them with the right information and support to develop their parenting skills and build their confidence.
We also welcome newly arrived migrants and refugees into our community and now offer specialised settlement services.
Emergency Relief
We deliver emergency relief at varying locations around Launceston on Wednesdays from 9am to 12pm by appointment only.
Please call 6234 1296 on Monday or Tuesday between 9.30am to 12.30pm to make an appointment and discuss the location.
Multicultural support services
If you are new to Launceston, it can take some time to feel connected and included within the community.
We support refugees and migrants with the SETS (Settlement Engagement and Transition Support) program and offer personal casework support to individuals and families to get the help you need. Call 03 6333 8000 to book an appointment.
We also offer Parenting in a New Culture programs in various languages. Contact us to find out which programs are running near you.
