Our Duncans Road Community Services
Located at 1 Duncans Road, Uniting Vic.Tas Werribee offers a wide range of outreach and
community services. From emergency relief services for those going through hardship to
various family services, our team is ready to support you. Our programs cover residents of the City of Wyndham. Reach out to us to learn more.
Emergency Relief Services
Our 1 Duncans Road location offers food and practical support in a safe and welcoming environment where you will be heard and respected. If you are experiencing hardship and are struggling to pay for basic essentials including food, personal care and other material items, then our emergency relief services can help support you. We can provide you with food vouchers and material aid relief so you can access the necessities and meet your basic needs.
Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-2:30pm. Note: we are temporarily not taking new requests. If you are already working with us, please call to make an appointment please call 03 9051 2000 from 9am-4pm. This is a short-term change only and we’ll soon be able to resume our normal service for people approaching us for the first time.
No Interest Loans Services
Uniting Vic.Tas Werribee offers interest-free loans intended to provide individuals and families in need with money for essential items and services to make life easier.
Child, Youth and Family Services
Uniting Vic.Tas Werribee and Wyndham offers a range of child, youth and family services to help you thrive. Our family services are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Reconnect
A free early intervention youth homelessness prevention program that includes counselling, mediation (with family and peers), parenting support, case management and outreach support. Please contact us if you would like to collaborate to provide a program to the community.

Foster Care – Home Based Care Services
Uniting Foster Care services work to recruit, train and support foster carers who can provide safe and nurturing families to children who are unable to live with their birth families. The aim is to provide stable and loving homes for children and young people in need, helping them to achieve their full potential and move towards a brighter future.

General Housing programs
- Case management to maintain long term housing
- Referrals to other relevant services.
H3 program
- Early intervention and support to prevent homelessness for families and single adults over 26 years old.
Energy Bill Support
Uniting Vic.Tas also has a free Energy Support program. If you are getting behind on your energy bills and need assistance to contact your retailer, set up an affordable payment plan, stop a disconnection notice, or understand how you can save money on your bills then call us on 1800 313 126 or email [email protected]. This is a free over the phone service, that anybody can access.
