At our 55 Webb Street, Narre Warren location we offer support for families and children, including parenting and skill development, school engagement programs, support for families at risk of losing their children, and services for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Reconnect 
Reconnect is an early intervention program that focuses on the individual needs of the young person, with the aim to prevent youth homelessness.
 
Reconnect is a 12 week case management program that supports both young people and their families to resolve conflict to reduce the likelihood of family breakdown.
 
Finding Solutions 
Finding Solutions is a youth focused program that provides mediation and support to young people and their families who are experiencing conflict, where there is risk of family breakdown.
 
Finding Solutions is a 12 week case management program that provides individualised support to young people, with the aim of preventing them from becoming homeless or disconnected from their family. The program also aims to keep young people engaged in education or employment, linked in with services such as mental health or counselling, groups and community activities.

The Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response Program helps support families to stay together if it’s safe for them to do so. Our FPR Practitioners assist you by educating, coaching and supporting parents in the stages of child development, parenting skills and strategies to keep families together.

Available to people residing in Southern Melbourne and Bayside Peninsula Areas. To access this service referral is required from Child Protection.

The School Attendance Support Program (SASP) is a program offered in the Shire of Cardinia and suburbs of Cranbourne, Clyde and Clyde North. The program aims to support children and their families who are experiencing signs of school disengagement. SASP assists families to understand the barriers to their child’s school engagement and works collaboratively with them to support early and sustainable change. A SASP worker will listen and get to know families to support them with a tailored approach to suit each individual family’s needs and goals.
 
SASP is a free and voluntary support service and accepts referrals from families, schools, and other community services.
