Join in the fun! Come along to our community centres in metropolitan Melbourne and Ararat and discover social support group activities that support your wellbeing.

Join our chat groups
Access interesting guided discussions, from the comfort of your home.
Our Telelink and Chat-A-Ring programs create conversations between individuals and small groups.
You'll be matched with other chatters based on your interests, so you can spend time together discussing topics that are close to your heart.
Who can access our Social Support Programs?
Keen to connect? If you’re aged 65+ (or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person over 50), you may be eligible for Social Support.
Under 65 and feeling disconnected? Don’t worry. If you’re experiencing social isolation, you may still be able to access these services.
