Disability Services
Social Support
Support to help you stay connected.
Make the most of every day by building new skills and staying connected to your community, whatever your age. We offer inclusive supports for children and adults with disabilities, along with their families and carers, to build independence, wellbeing and community connection.
Children with Complex Disability Support Needs
Supporting families to stay strong, together.
We understand that raising a child with complex disabilities can place significant pressure on families. Our Children with Complex Disability Support Needs service supports families with children up to 18 years of age to remain safely together at home, or to return home where reunification is appropriate.
We take a compassionate, strengths-based approach, working alongside you to understand your child’s unique needs and support your whole family.
Through this service, we:
- Develop individualised, therapeutically focused support plans
- Provide coordinated family and disability supports
- Work collaboratively with care teams and specialist services
- Support family preservation, reunification, and where needed, safe alternative care arrangements
Whether you are navigating a crisis or seeking ongoing support, we offer a flexible and responsive service focused on your child’s safety and wellbeing. Access to this service is via referral only.
