Tuning in to Teens is a 6-session parenting program that is designed to help parents and carers feel more confident in supporting their teens.
Chalcot Lodge Family & Community Centre 26 Haverstock Hill Close, Endeavour Hills VIC
This program provides tools to understand and respond to teenage emotions, and helps parents manage their own emotional responses.
This program will explore how to:
• Communicate more effectively with your teen.
• Understand your teen better.
• Increase awareness and regulation of your own emotions.
• Help your teen learn to manage difficult emotions.
• Help to prevent behavioural issues in your teen.
