This course will help you to:
- Learn about child development
- Improve awareness and understanding of your child’s emotions
- Support your child through big feelings
- Build a close connection with your child
- Increase awareness and regulation of your own emotions

Suitable for: Parents or carers of children aged 2 years – 10 years

Duration: 6 sessions
When: Thursdays, 10th of August – 14th of September
