3,307 push-ups. 24 days. Push for better.
Lifeline Melbourne, Lifeline Ballarat and headspace Horsham are taking on the Push-Up Challenge 2026 – and we want you with us.
Running 3–26 June, the Push-Up Challenge asks participants to complete 3,307 push-ups across 24 days – a number that reflects the 3,307 Australians lost to suicide in 2024. Each push-up is a small act in honour of a life, and a commitment to making sure fewer lives are lost in the years ahead.
Funds raised through our teams go directly toward our crisis support services – including our 13 11 14 phone line, which connects people in distress with trained crisis supporters around the clock. Every donation helps make sure that when someone reaches out, someone is there.
It’s free to sign up. Push-ups can be swapped for squats, sit-ups, or modified movement – this challenge is for everyone.
