For the past 18 years, people have been coming together to enjoy pancakes and raise money for community services run by Uniting across Victoria and Tasmania.
By hosting a Pancake Day event during March or April, you will help local people in need.
Pancake Day is a great chance to come together, have some fun and make a difference. This year Pancake Day will fall on Tuesday 5 March.
Shrove Tuesday has traditionally been the last chance to feast before Lent begins the following day, on Ash Wednesday.
