Organised by
Jess Moretti
Join us on Wednesday 7th December at 10am in Moreland Hall at Jessie Street for a special event to recognise the strength and resilience of all the family violence survivors we’ve had the privilege of working with in the AOD sector.
The event will start with a smoking ceremony led by Uncle Ron Briggs, followed by a Q&A session hosted by the irrepressible women’s advocate, Ada Conroy, who has worked in the family violence sector for over 20 years. Ada will interview our wonderful Consumer Consultant, Amber King, about her experience of being a family violence survivor navigating the AOD system.
The Q&A session will be followed by a delicious morning tea and a chance to chat about what 16-Days means to you.
