Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.
In this session we will be undertaking a guided visualization meditation, that we hope you will find relaxing and refreshing.
This session will be guided by Narelle Gillespie and is a meditation that you can undertake and engage whether you have or haven’t meditated before.
