Friday, August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day.
All over the world, events will be held to raise awareness of overdose, acknowledge the grief felt by families and friends and reduce the stigma of deaths or permanent injuries resulting from overdose.
Uniting ReGen will be hosting an event to remember those we’ve lost to overdose, recognise the impacts for those left behind and discuss what people can do to prevent overdoses and save lives.
