Dads Tuning in to Kids is a free 7-session program that teaches you how to help your child understand and manage their feelings and develop emotional intelligence.
Research shows that children with good emotional intelligence:
• Have better concentration at school
• Have greater success with making and keeping friends
• Are more able to manage conflict with peers
• Are more able to calm down when upset or angry
The details:
• Where: Online
• When: Wednesdays, 15th of October – 26th of November 2025
• Time: 6 pm – 8 pm
• Cost: FREE
• Suitable for: Dads with children aged 3 – 10 years
• Eligibility: Dads or male carers residing within the inner or outer east of Melbourne.
Other information:
A brief telephone assessment will be held prior to the group, to confirm that this group is suitable for your circumstances.
Please note: Only parents and carers can attend programs. Children cannot be present during groups.
