Join us for two transformative online Meditation and Mindfulness sessions led by Narelle Gillespie, a Pastoral Care Practitioner at Uniting. With her wealth of knowledge and experience in meditation, Narelle regularly guides our Uniting staff through profound mindfulness practices.
 
If you find yourself constantly feeling stressed and overwhelmed while caring for someone, it may be time to prioritise your own well-being. Take this opportunity to explore strategies for de-stressing and relaxation, culminating in a guided meditation that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. This simple practice will empower you to manage stress more effectively and find moments of peace wherever you are.
 
Carers must be registered with Uniting Carer Gateway in order to attend.

  • Wednesday 26 June at 7:30pm -8:15pm – Relaxation Strategies and Wind Down Meditation.
