We provide support for all victims of family violence.

Family violence is any behaviour that is violent, threatening, or abusive by an individual against another member of their family, a partner or a household member. It includes any other form of behaviour that coerces or controls a family member or causes that family member to be fearful.

    victims of family violence web chat support service Monday to Friday 9am until midnight
  • Victims of Crime Helpline 1800 819 817 or text 0427 767 891 (8am to 11pm, 7 days a week) – for
    adult male victims of family violence and victims of violent crime
  • Child Protection 13 12 78 (5pm to 9am Monday to Friday, 24 hours on weekends and public
    holidays) – for children and young people whose safety is at risk

    telephone and online counselling service for young people aged between 5 and 25

    advice to LGBTIQ+ people and their friends and families.
  • MensLine Australia 1300 78 99 78 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)- is a telephone and online
