The need for community housing is greater than ever as people struggle to find affordable homes to rent. We are responding by investing in and developing new homes for low-moderate income earners.

Affordable housing

Building a brighter future.

These apartments are currently all occupied. We will advertise vacancies on Realestate.com.au when apartments become available.

We develop affordable housing projects that are socially, environmentally and financially sustainable. We operate in areas of need where there is a shortage of alternative options.

We’re partnering with governments, businesses, communities and Uniting Church congregations to explore community need and develop housing options.

If you are on the Victorian Housing Register and seeking subsidised social housing, visit Community Housing.
