Through our AOD counselling services, you can access support onsite, over the phone, online through video-link, or our outreach teams can meet you in your home or community.

Alcohol and other Drug Counselling

Our counsellors can work with you to address a range of challenges associated your alcohol and other drug use.

Counselling sessions are structured around support, setting goals, learning more about the short and long-term effects of substance use, developing strategies and skills to prevent relapse, supporting behaviour change and linking with other services that can help. Care and Recovery Co-ordination

This program is for people who need some extra support connecting to a range of different treatment options and services. We can work with you via outreach or appointments at one of our offices to develop treatment plans and help you connect to the programs and services you need – not just AOD but housing, education and employment or other supports that can help prevent relapse.

Brief Intervention Program

This program operates in Ballan, Beaufort and Maryborough and is designed for individuals and family members who may need some short-term support and education related to their own or a loved one’s substance use.

Intensive Support Service

Intensive Support Service (ISS) is a program for people with multiple and complex needs around their AOD use. If you have been using substances for a long time, or have other physical and mental health needs, this program may be right for you.

Our ISS counsellors can work with you over a longer period of time and support you in a holistic way to improve your general health and wellbeing. Sometimes this might involve other areas of your life including linking in with a doctor or nurse, your housing needs, social activity, and community connections.
