From the 16 November 2022 Uniting Vic.Tas became the Member of Uniting Housing Victoria and Uniting Housing Australia. This change enabled the newly formed Uniting Group to continue to work together to make housing a priority in line with our joint strategy. The Synod via the Property Trusts remains the member of Uniting Vic.Tas. As part of this governance change the Boards of Uniting Vic.Tas, Uniting Housing Victoria and Uniting Housing Australia have transitioned to common Board membership and share Board sub-committees.Operating results for the yearThe Uniting group reported a surplus for the year of $11.3 million (2022: $5.5 million).
