If you are living with disability and want choice and control over where and how you live, we can help.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider, we offer a range of group houses.

Full time support is available from our staff, who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

About Olympus House

This 5-bedroom home has 2 large living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms with grab rails and a separate laundry.

The vacant bedroom (circled in pink on the floorplan) has built-in wardrobes and is accessible off a central hallway.

A large outdoor area is located at the back of the property. 

The house has broadband internet access, heating and cooling and wheelchair access.

A carport provides parking for several cars and street parking is also available. 

The perfect location

Located in a quiet part of Croydon South, the house is close to transport and a park.

The house is within 200 metres of a bus stop and 10km from Ringwood Station. The closest shops are a 15-minute car ride. Opposite the house is a sports park, home to the local cricket and soccer clubs, with BBQ facilities and a playground.

Accessibility

The home has wheelchair access and is suitable for those with high support needs.

Who can access?

Anyone who is a NDIS participant and is eligible for Supported Disability Assistance in their approved NDIS plan.

Current residents

Currently 1 vacancy exists. The current residents are females aged between 40 and 65 years.

They enjoy a peaceful home and would like someone they can talk to and engage with in games and walks. The house would best suit a mature woman who wishes to socialise (visitors and family are welcome).

Once you let us know that you’re looking for a new home, we will consider your age, gender, health needs, interests and personal requests, to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
