If you are living with disability and want choice and control over where and how you live, we can help.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider, we offer a range of group houses.

Full time support is available from our staff, who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

About McLeod House

This 5-bedroom home features 2 lounge rooms and a spacious combined living and meals area, which leads to a back patio.

There is one vacancy, circled on the floorplan.

The fully-equipped kitchen sits to the side of the main living space. The lounge area is off to the left of the central hallway, along with 2 bedrooms. The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet and there is a separate laundry.

There are 3 other bedrooms and a second bathroom also with a bath, shower and toilet.

The house has broadband internet access and on site and street parking is available.

The perfect location

The home is located just 1km from Carrum Station on the Frankston train line. Bus stops and a taxi zone outside the station provide easy access to surrounding areas.

Local shops and medical facilities are located nearby.

The house is close to the scenic Paterson River and just 400 metres from 2 neighbourhood parks. 

Accessibility

The home has wheelchair access and is suitable for those with high support needs.

Who can access?

Anyone who is a NDIS participant and is eligible for Supported Disability Assistance in their approved NDIS plan.

Current residents

Currently 1 vacancy exists. The current tenants are women aged from 55 to 70 years who enjoy a quiet home life. This house would best suit a mature female who enjoys socialising and spending time with others.

Once you let us know that you’re looking for a new home, we will consider your age, gender, health needs, interests and personal requests, to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
