If you are living with disability and want choice and control over where and how they live, we can help.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider, we offer a range of group houses.

Full time support is available from our staff, who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

About True House

This 5-bedroom home offers 2 living rooms and a spacious combined living and meals area, which leads onto a patio area, perfect for relaxing.

There are 3 vacancies, circled in pink on the floorplan.

There are 2 large bathrooms, each with a shower, bath, toilet and grab rails.

Other features include a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, large outdoor area and carport.

The house has both heating and cooling and broadband internet.

On site and street parking is available.

The perfect location

The home is located just 1km from Carrum Station on the Frankston train line. Bus stops and a taxi zone outside the station provide easy access to surrounding areas.

It is also close to local shops and medical facilities.

The house is close to the scenic Paterson River and just 400 metres from 2 neighbourhood parks. 

Accessibility

The home has wheelchair access and is suitable for those with high support needs.

Who can access?

Anyone who is a NDIS participant and is eligible for Supported Disability Assistance in their approved NDIS plan.

Current residents

Currently 3 vacancies exist. The current residents are females aged between 40 and 55 years old.

The house would best suit non-smokers and women aged 35-65 years old. Residents are interested in someone who enjoys spending time on their own interests and likes to have friends and family over to visit.

Residents can join in community activities and outings around the local area.

Once you let us know that you’re looking for a new home, we will consider your age, gender, health needs, interests and personal requests, to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
