If you are living with disability and want choice and control over where and how you live, we can help.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider, we offer a range of group houses.

Full time support is available from our staff, who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

About Smith House

This 5-bedroom home has a central hallway leading to a large living and meals area that looks out over the outdoor area.

There is one vacancy, circled on the floorplan.

The fully-equipped kitchen sits at one end of the main living space, with a generous sized lounge on the other side.

There is a second lounge, along with 3 bedrooms. The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet and there is a separate laundry. There are 2 other bedrooms and a second bathroom also with a bath, shower and toilet.

The house has broadband internet access and on site or street parking is available.

Pets are allowed and a dog named Tammy lives here.

The perfect location

The home is located just 1km from Carrum Station on the Frankston train line. Bus stops and a taxi
zone outside the station provide easy access to surrounding areas.

It is also close to local shops and medical facilities.

The house is close to the scenic Paterson River and just 400 metres from 2 neighbourhood parks.

Accessibility

The home has wheelchair access and is suitable for those with high support needs.

Who can access?

Anyone who is a NDIS participant and is eligible for Supported Disability Assistance in their approved NDIS plan.

Current residents

Currently 1 vacancy exists. The current residents are females aged from 25 to 75 years old.

The home would best suit a mature women who prefers a quiet home life, but also enjoys socialising and spending time with others.

Visitors and family are welcome.

Once you let us know that you’re looking for a new home, we will consider your age, gender, health needs, interests and personal requests, to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
