If you are living with disability and want choice and control over where and how they live, we can help.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider, we offer a range of group houses.

Full time support is available from our staff, who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

About Church House

This 5-bedroom home has a central hallway leading to a large living and meals area.

There is one vacancy, circled in pink on the floorplan.

The fully-equipped kitchen sits to the side of a large main living space.

The living area is off the central hallway, along with 2 bedrooms.

The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet and there is a separate laundry.

There are 3 other bedrooms and a second bathroom also with bath, shower and toilet.

A separate living area is situated at the far end of the house and there is a patio area for entertaining and relaxing.

The house has broadband internet access and on site and street parking is available. 

Pets are allowed and a cat named Suzy currently lives here.

The perfect location

The home is located just 1km from Carrum Station on the Frankston train line. Bus stops and a taxi zone outside the station provide easy access to surrounding areas. 

It is also close to local shops and medical facilities.

The house is close to the scenic Paterson River and just 400 metres from 2 delightful neighbourhood parks. 

Accessibility

The home has wheelchair access and is suitable for those with medium and high care needs.

Who can access?

Anyone who is a NDIS participant and is eligible for Supported Disability Assistance in their approved NDIS plan.

Current residents

Currently there is one vacancy. The current residents are females aged from 55 to 75 years old.

The house would best suit a mature women who prefers a quiet home life but also enjoys socialising and spending time with others.

Visitors and family are welcome.

Applications for Supported Independent Living Houses are managed by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and can also be found on the Housing Hub website.

Once you let us know that you’re looking for a new home, we will consider your age, gender, health needs, interests and personal requests, to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
