Consumer Experience Survey 2022.
From 29 August to 10 October 2022, we will be asking consumers across most of our service areas to complete an experience survey. We want to know if we are meeting people’s needs and understand what we can do better.
It is a quick survey. And simply asks people to rate how much they agree or disagree with a series of statements about their experience of our service.
We also ask some demographic information, like age, gender identity, ethnicity, languages spoken. As an organisation we are committed to being welcoming and supportive of all in our community – so asking these questions helps us understand if we are achieving this for everyone.
The results from the survey will be used to identify areas of improvement for services.
Partnering with Insync
We have asked Insync, an independent research company to run the survey for us. Insync will keep your answers confidential unless you choose to share them with us. Insync follows a strict privacy policy that you can access if you wish to.
How will we use your personal information?
At the end of the survey there is an option to share your contact details with us. This is your choice.
You may want to give us your contact details to go into the draw for a $30 op shop gift voucher.
Or, because you would like someone from Uniting to follow-up on your feedback. If you do make this choice, Insync will share your responses and contact details with us so we can discuss with you.

We appreciate people taking the time to complete our survey – so will be giving away 100 x $30 gift vouchers to one of our op shops. $30 at one of our op shops could help you get a coat, comfortable shoes or a whole new spring outfit.
People will need to provide us with their details to enter the draw. Insync will pass on these details only – they will not disclose anyone’s responses. The 100 randomly selected winners will be drawn 31 October at Uniting, Level 4, 130 Lonsdale Street Melbourne 3000. We will contact the winners and arrange to provide them with the gift voucher. This will be done within 28 days of the prize draw.
