St Kilda Community Services and Outreach.

We at Uniting Vic.Tas work to support the St Kilda community through our various outreach and social services. Everyone deserves the opportunity to live happy and healthy lives and to feel included in their community. Our programs specialise in helping people improve their wellbeing and work towards more positive outcomes.

Our St Kilda Community Services

Located on Carlisle Street in St Kilda, we provide support through our emergency relief and mental health services. Through these services, you can access the assistance you need whether that is through community meals or social support.

Financial hardship can strike at any time, but you should never have to endure it alone. At Uniting Vic.Tas, we offer emergency relief services so you access compassionate and practical support.

Our Engagement Hub hosts our community meal programs, which include nutritious breakfasts and lunches between 9.30am and 2.00pm weekdays. You can access a free or low-cost healthy and delicious meal in a safe and welcoming environment.

To participate in this service, you need to register by calling 03 9525 5478 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

If you are struggling with mental health issues, it’s easy to feel isolated. The St Kilda Engagement Hub offers social support services for adults with severe and enduring mental health issues.

You can access workshops and activities, laundry facilities and showers, and recovery groups which aim to build your confidence and connect you to a sympathetic community. 

Hearing Voices Support

Our St Kilda Engagement Hub offers peer-led hearing voices support through specialised recovery groups, mentoring and one-on-one assistance.
